Week 1 — Start with Sleep: Build Your Own Sleep Plan

Whether your child is sleeping through the night or you’re currently on the struggle bus, “Build Your Own Sleep Plan” is jam-packed with information related to pediatric sleep. You’ll have all the tools to fix your child’s sleep in a way that feels right for you, and keep them around for reference as needed down the road.

Week 2 — The Power of Storytelling

Meet your Tribe, share your story, and create your own Postpartum Mission Statement. Storytelling is more powerful than you probably can even imagine. The stories we tell literally shape our reality, and yours is in the making!

Week 3 — Lower Body Recovery

High-level education on what’s normal and what’s not concerning postpartum healing of the lower body. We’ll touch on pelvic pain, lower back pain, and incontinence.

Week 4 — Conquering Fear

Fear is a driver for many of us, with birth and postpartum alike. Take control of the fears that have been holding you captive and release them so you can blossom into the true warrior Mama you are.

Week 5 — Mental Health Check-In

Get a pulse on where you’re at mentally, and use this week’s check-in to establish a baseline. The easiest way to fall back into old habits and negative state of wellbeing is to forget where you came from. Learn tools you can actually use in real time to help you conquer those intrusive thoughts and stay present with your baby.

Week 6 — Nervous System Regulation

No matter how many tools you have, if you aren’t aware of the state of your nervous system, you’ll find it 10x harder to heal. Nervous system regulation is a hot topic and for good reason. Learn all about it plus techniques to implement immediately.

Week 7 — Postpartum Nutrition & Gut Healing

The marathon of pregnancy and birth are over, and the tolls taken on your body are too many to count. Although you were built to birth, our current environment makes is difficult to stay on top of our gut health. Learn about how hormone balance, acne, bloating, allergies, ADHD symptoms, adrenal fatigue, mood swings, energy, and more are all connected to your gut health.

Week 8 — Assembling Your “Medicine” Cabinet

There’s nothing better than feeling empowered to take your family’s health into your own hands. Where western medicine falls short, plants, herbs, oils, and homeopathics fill the gap. Here, we’re talking about prevention. Optimize your health, and create your own apothecary of sorts, with tips and tricks from Chenae’s past decade of learning through research, study, trial and error.

Week 9 — Upper Body Recovery

Touch on the most common upper ailments moms deal with, including neck pain, shoulder pain, and mid-back pain. Learn about how these aches and pains come about and a few things you can do to help.

Week 10 — Love Your New “Mom Bod”

Body image is a concept we’ve always been fascinated by, and who can blame you? The female body is an extravagant work of art. We’re not always happy with how our bodies look after baby comes, but learning to love the new skin you’re in is so freeing!

Week 11 — Sex After Baby

Postpartum sex is so taboo. Why!? It’s how most babies get here in the first place! Sex is much more than a physical act, it’s an emotional bonding experience, and one that can and should be enjoyable postpartum!

Week 12 — Self-Needs Assessment

We’ll chat about boundaries, plus help you identify your needs and how to express them in this new chapter. Don’t ever feel like you have to silently cope with any issues that arise. Close out your conquering journey with a final check-in. Discover just how far you’ve come in the past few months. Plus, set yourself up for success moving forward.
